Providing such advanced medical care requires the stable and continuous recruitment of excellent personnel, but in a prefecture where the population is declining and aging, securing personnel has become a major issue not only in the medical field but in all industries, with more than 70% of companies and organizations continuing to experience labor shortages*.<\/p>

In addition, due to the declining population, the population in the medical area of ​​Kosei Ren Takaoka Hospital is also steadily decreasing, and this, along with rising prices and labor costs, is creating challenges in terms of securing profits.<\/p>
