In this PoC, we aim to build a next-generation government service model that automatically resolves more than 60% of inquiries from residents by combining Recho&rsquo;s Voice AI technology with Eclect&rsquo;s CX implementation know-how. <a href=\"https:\/\/recho-ai.com\/\" data-no-translation=\"\">Recho<\/a>&lsquo;s Voice AI Agent is not just an automated response system, but an &ldquo;autonomous dialogue partner&rdquo; that understands the intent of residents&rsquo; questions and accurately provides the necessary information.
