The partnership began in 2022 to link Siemens’ Xcelerator portfolio with the NVIDIA Omniverse™ platform. It has since expanded to cover generative AI, robotics, and industrial AI initiatives. A key development is the Teamcenter Digital Reality Viewer. It uses real-time ray tracing to create photorealistic digital twins. This helps teams make faster and better decisions. HD Hyundai and similar companies are using this to cut design times for hydrogen and ammonia-powered ships.<\/p>

NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs now work with Siemens’ Simcenter Star-CCM+ software. This integration has greatly increased simulation speeds. BMW and Siemens saw a 30x speedup in aerodynamic simulations. They used NVIDIA CUDA-X™ libraries, which cut energy use and costs.<\/p>

Siemens’ new industrial PCs use NVIDIA GPUs in factory operations. They support advanced AI applications such as robotics, visual inspection, and predictive maintenance. These PCs run up to 25 times faster than older solutions.<\/p>

The companies are improving factory automation. They are using AI agents from the Siemens Industrial Copilot portfolio. The Operations Copilot uses NVIDIA RTX PRO™ GPUs and NeMo™ microservices. It runs on-premise and provides real-time AI support on the shop floor. This setup reduces reactive maintenance time by 30%.<\/p>
