Hitachi is now the first Japanese company in NVIDIA’s Global System Integrator (GSI) Program. This move aims to meet the rising global demand for AI solutions. This partnership is a big step in expanding the companies’ work in operational technology (OT) and AI.<\/p>

The collaboration began in March 2024 with a focus on generative AI. Both companies started efforts to create an AI Center of Excellence. They aim to advance “physical AI,” which means using AI in real-world applications. In September, Hitachi Rail launched the HMAX line of railway AI solutions. They developed it with NVIDIA.<\/p>
