However, in the early stages of IoT projects, which require comprehensive technical knowledge of hardware, communications, cloud, and applications, many companies have expressed concerns such as, &ldquo;We have an idea for using IoT, but we are stuck at the stage of considering the technical configuration,&rdquo; or &ldquo;We want to consult with external experts because we are starting with a small team.&rdquo;<\/p><p>Soracom has been providing support to projects from a position similar to that of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) through &ldquo;SORACOM Professional Services.&rdquo; Based on that knowledge, we will now start offering &ldquo;SORACOM First-Time Support&rdquo; as an easy-to-use advisory support for the early phase of projects.<\/p><h3><strong>\u3053\u3061\u3089\u3082\u304a\u8aad\u307f\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\uff1a <a class=\"p-url\" href=\"https:\/\/itbusinesstoday.com\/ja\/iot\/toshiba-launches-its-iflink-iot-platform-for-global-access\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">\u30b0\u30ed\u30fc\u30d0\u30eb\u30a2\u30af\u30bb\u30b9\u306b\u5bfe\u5fdc\u3057\u305fifLink IoT\u30d7\u30e9\u30c3\u30c8\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30e0\u3092\u63d0\u4f9b\u958b\u59cb<\/a><\/strong><\/h3><p>In the &ldquo;SORACOM First Time Support&rdquo; program, SORACOM technical advisors will provide individual consultations through online meetings up to twice a month (1 hour each time). Companies considering introducing IoT will be able to consult on issues that they often face in the early stages of a project, such as selecting sensors and IoT devices, choosing a communication method (cellular, LPWA, etc.), cloud configuration, and how to proceed with an IoT project according to their objectives.
